Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are sharing a look at where they stand today after reconnecting last year. The Real Housewives of New Jersey sisters-in-law had a tumultuous relationship in the past, with Teresa also at odds with her brother, Joe Gorga, who is married to Melissa. But the two women could not be happier being friends today.
Teresa admitted that it took a 2025 career move alongside Gia for her to commit to reconnecting with Melissa and Joe. The mom of four elaborated on this during an Aug. 9 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “I did Special Forces with my daughter, Gia, and she was telling me to — she’s like, ‘You’ve got to let the anger go with Daddy [ex-husband Joe Giudice].’ Because it was still bothering me,” Teresa explained. “And I was like, ‘I have to make her a promise that I’m gonna let the anger go.’  … And I’m always thinking as a mom, what kind of lesson can I teach my daughters? So I’m like, I’m not fighting. I’m going to show her that I’m ending the fighting.”
Melissa spoke with E! News on Aug. 6, where she revealed that both she and Teresa are still doing well after their 2025 reunion. “We were so proud that we were able to turn it around, and maybe we can be an example for people who never think they’re going to speak to their family members again,” she told the publication. “If we can do it, anyone can.”

Melissa and Joe recently showed their full support for Teresa in honor of the premiere of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th. Melissa took to her Instagram Story around the show’s premiere episode, where she posted a photo of her and Joe hanging out with Teresa and her oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, at the RHUGT: Roaring 20th premiere. “Jersey represent!! Tune in to 20 years of Real Housewives on [Bravo]. Let’s go [Teresa],” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Teresa continued on WWHL, admitting that she didn’t just let the anger go with her ex-husband, but she let it go with Joe Gorga and Melissa, too. “So when I said that to her, I’m like, ‘I’m not going to be angry with your dad anymore.’ And then when I got home, it just made me start thinking about my brother,” she added.
“So I texted my brother and said, ‘Do you want to meet? Let’s meet together and let’s talk.’ And ever since that day, it’s been great,” she recalled, further admitting that shooting RHONJ Season 15 alongside them has been “great.”
