Teresa Giudice didn’t hold back her feelings on Heather Gay’s drama with Lisa Barlow on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, making clear exactly whose side she was on in a candid producer interview.
Following Lisa’s earlier drama with some of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ladies, Teresa was already feeling protective of her RHUGT castmate during Episode 5 after Heather, Angie Katsanevas, and Mary Cosby popped up in Atlanta. As the women unpacked a RHOSLC Season 6 conflict surrounding Lisa’s rumored facelift, which she had denied being true during their recently filmed reunion, Teresa stepped in.
“She says she didn’t… She never got a facelift,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG chimed in, defending Lisa. Though Heather insisted that she “never accused her of that,” she nonetheless continued, “But it’s like she looks so good, it’s almost impossible to imagine she didn’t get it.”
As the RHOSLC cast continued to argue, Teresa slammed Heather in a confessional. “It’s jaw-dropping, what Heather’s saying to Lisa Barlow,” she remarked. “It’s like false accusations. That hurts people’s lives. Like, that should be a no-no.”

Why Teresa Giudice defended Lisa Barlow to Heather Gay
Earlier in RHUGT: Roaring 20th‘s Sept. 6 episode, Teresa had checked in to make sure Lisa was OK, since she’d already had a brief clash with Heather at Porsha Williams’ Alter Ego party. She even recruited The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Drew Sidora to hop in their corner. “Make sure if any of her cast members come for her, we got it,” Teresa told Drew, who replied that she would also be looking out for Lisa.
As for the reason behind Teresa going to bat for Lisa, the RHONJ ‘Wife cited her past experience as a cast member on RHUGT Season 1.
“When I did my first Ultimate Girls Trip, I remember Kenya Moore, she had my back towards Ramona [Singer],” Teresa explained to a producer. “Nobody’s ever done something nice like that for me. So, I want to be that girl with my girlfriends.”
When Lisa’s argument with Heather and Angie began to escalate at the party, Teresa was quick to ask again if everything was OK. “Yeah, Teresa, thanks. I love you,” Lisa responded.
As Teresa continued in her confessional, “I’m here. I want Lisa to know that I have her back. I want her to feel it. I’m not gonna leave Lisa’s side.”
