HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (TCN) — A 23-year-old woman stands accused of killing her boyfriend in a stairwell over the weekend.
Upon further investigation, officials determined Derricka Ross allegedly fatally shot her boyfriend, Williams, when he
“returned to the apartment to get his belongings.”
