The Valley‘s Tom Schwartz is opening up about where Lala Kent and Scheana Shay stand today. Lala and Scheana had been incredibly close prior to the fallout in their friendship (more on that down below), but Scheana is now focusing on herself, according to Tom.
Tom appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, April 22, where he was asked by Andy Cohen to rank how “jealous” Scheana is of Lala being a cast member on The Valley Season 3. But, Tom admitted that the Vanderpump Rules alum has put her attention to other things in her life, like her husband, Brock Davies, daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies, and her career.
“I don’t think she’s very jealous,” Tom told said. “I think she was happy to take a year off to work on her marriage. And I think she’s in a really good place. I think she has new music coming out soon, which I’m really excited about.”
“I love you Scheana,” he whispered, making a heart with his hands.

Scheana Shay opens up about her friendships with The Valley cast today
Scheana opened up about focusing on herself and her friendships during a Jan. 9 episode of her podcast, Schenanigans with Scheana Shay. She revealed that she is now hanging out with her two BFFs, Maddie and Christy, and a “whole group of mom friends” whom she met through her daughter’s pre-school. She also revealed on the podcast that she is still close with The Valley cast members Brittany Cartwright, Janet Caperna, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, Zack Wickham, and Kristen Doute.
“I’m choosing to surround myself with women who build me up and make me feel good about myself, not people I feel like I have to walk on eggshells around, I get yelled at by, I just, I needed to make a change in my life,” she explained. “And I did that, you know…and taking a step back from [reality TV] last year gave me time to focus on myself, my relationship, build healthier friendships with girls I’ve known for years, but get a lot closer with.”
