Tracy Tutor is joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 16.
“Well… the secret’s officially out,” Tracy shared in an Instagram post on August 19. “I’m joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter. Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life.”
“Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely,” she continued. “So what’s left to say but, Let’s f–king go.”
Fans will recognize RHOBH‘s newest addition as one of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ top real estate agents. Tracy is also a bestselling author and entrepreneur with 24 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales.

Inside Tracy Tutor’s time on MDLLA
Tracy joined MDLLA for Season 10 in 2017 as the show’s first female real estate broker, alongside castmates that included Josh Altman and Josh Flagg. She went on to appear on MDLLA through Season 15, which wrapped in September 2024.
Outside of her impressive listings, Tracy’s inaugural MDLLA season ended with the shocking news that she filed for divorce from husband Jason Maltas, with whom she shares two daughters, Juliet and Scarlett, after 13 years of marriage. In subsequent seasons, Tracy moved on with personal trainer Erik Anderson, but the two split during Season 15.
As also seen on MDLLA, Tracy’s notable professional achievements included her exclusive representation of the West Hollywood Edition, which completely sold for a record-breaking nearly $200 million in 2021. Tracy also expanded her business to Texas, touting another more than $200 million in listings in her Dallas and Austin offices, on the show.
Tracy Tutor’s RHOBHÂ connections, explained
Tracy is friends with RHOBH OG Kyle Richards’ estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, through their real estate work.
When asked on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in January 2023 if she would join the RHOBH cast, Tracy said she’d “100 percent” be on board. “I know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all… not equally,” the Los Angeles native explained. “I think I could bring a little heat.”
More recently, Tracy had a public feud with Dorit Kemsley in 2025. She alleged that Dorit “doesn’t pay her bills” and owes money to “several people,” including their once-shared hairstylist. Dorit, for her part, clapped back on WWHL last March, saying, “It’s hysterical. That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard, genuinely.”

What Tracy Tutor has been doing since MDLLA
Since Season 15 of MDLLA ended, Tracy has remained locked in with her career and was recently named one of Los Angeles Business Journal‘s 2026 Leaders of Influence in Real Estate.
Meanwhile, Tracy has also maintained a close friendship with Josh Flagg, and the two even announced the launch of their digital series, Mansions & Martinis, in December 2025. As of July 2026, Tracy hinted on Instagram that she is still single.
Tracy also recently documented her recent plastic surgery procedures, including a facelift, neck lift, and brow lift, via social media in January 2026.
