During the RHOC Season 20 premiere, Shannon admitted that she was “good” with Vicki, as she visited her at her condo in Mexico. “The dos amigas are way better than the tres amigas,” Shannon said in a confessional. “Sometimes when we’re busy, we don’t see each other as much, but when we are together, it’s as if no time has passed.”
But, later in the episode, Tamra admitted that things did not go quite so well between the three of them when they hung out together at the OC restaurant, The Quiet Woman, during The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls’ Trip: Roaring 20th. “Me and Shannon are a problem,” Tamra explained. “My whole thing is, I do want to make things good.”
Vicki appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 9, where she confirmed that things went south during that dinner. “It was not great,” she stated.

Vicki, Tamra, and Shannon are seemingly friends today. Vicki took to her Instagram account on June 17, where she posted a photo of her, Tamra, and Shannon all hanging out together and smiling for the camera.
Tamra also hinted at their reconciliation as friends when she took to Instagram on June 5, posting a photo of all three of them walking the carpet at an event together. “Uno…dos…tres,” she wrote in the caption of the post. This received the acknowledgement of Andy Cohen, who left five clapping emojis in the comments of the post.

Shannon talked to Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea at the RHOC Season 20 premiere event, where she revealed that the tres amigas are “OK.” “You’ll have to watch as the season evolves, and there’s definitely, I’m in a much better place than I was last year. But for me right now, I just have to keep it at that place,” she said. “I’m not being mean, I just know what’s best for me.”

As Vicki stated during the episode, there wasn’t a big blowout that led to the demise of their friendship. As she recounted on her podcast on Nov. 7, “Tamra and I never got in an issue or fight. I just don’t like who she’s become. And I don’t know if it’s the real Tamra, I don’t know if it’s the TV Tamra, when we say there’s two Tamras. I get very insecure and very jealous when she’s treating other people nice.”
Tamra explained to Us Weekly on Nov. 5 that her friendship with Vicki has always been up and down. “I always say, we’re like sisters,” she told the publication. “It’s that love-hate relationship all the time. I’m talking sisterly love. Like, you have little arguments. And then being on a show together, there’s always ups and downs — especially the type of show we’re on together.”

It would appear so based on an Instagram shared by Vicki in June 2026. In the weeks before Season 20 of RHOC premiered, she shared a photo with Shannon and wrote, “Twenty years later and I couldn’t imagine jumping back in without this one beside me.”

Shannon also spoke with PEOPLE at the premiere, where she admitted that her friendship with Tamra is an “evolution” during the season. “But, you know, we’re at a point where it’s not a yelling and screaming match, which was a shocker to me,” she said. “There’s good pluses and minuses. But as I said, it’s an evolution this season for sure.”

Vicki opened up about her hardships in her friendship with Tamra during the RHOC Season 20 premiere. “Tamra and I stopped talking for about a year and a half,” Vicki explained in a confessional. “And it wasn’t something she did to me.” She continued, explaining the silence between her and Tamra, as they exchanged harsh words to each other over social media and their podcasts.
But, this led to their reconciliation. “And then I had sepsis that went to my brain and I look at life differently so I said, ‘Listen. We’re both aging. I love you and I just want to have this agreement where we don’t hurt each other,'” she recalled.

Viewers can expect to see more of Vicki, Shannon, and Tamra and their friendship on RHOC Season 20. Per an announcement for the new season, Vicki will “navigate her friendships and Tamra and Shannon.”
Shannon, meanwhile, is trying to “push past her boundaries with Tamra,” while viewers can expect Tamra’s friendship with Shannon to “take a turn for the better with Vicki intervening. But, things aren’t smooth sailing for long when Tamra calls out Vicki for a past comment about her parenting choices.”
