West Wilson is sharing some major updates on his relationship with Amanda Batula today. The Summer House cast members confirmed their “connection” in March, amid Amanda’s split from Kyle Cooke, and have been together ever since. West took to his podcast, Show Me Something, on Monday, May 25, where he admitted that he and Amanda are “doing our best” in their relationship.Â
“It’s still a little — like, going out in public is kinda scary because of literally what I want, OK, what we’re about to do,” he said during the episode. He continued, noting that there have been so many rumors about his relationship with Amanda. “There have been so many f—ing, stupid f—ing posts on the internet,” he added.

West and Amanda continued to shed light on their relationship during Part 1 of the Summer House Season 10 reunion. Andy Cohen asked the couple, “Who made the first move?” after they confirmed that their friendship turned romantic in February, after they had their first kiss, during a post-brunch outing with their cast members.
West then admitted that he had made the first move toward Amanda. “When we were out, I, like, kind of looked at Amanda, and I was like, ‘Am I f—in’ crazy, or is there something going on here?'” he recalled.

Amanda had opened up about their relationship in an interview with BravoTV.com backstage at the reunion. “This is obviously the most nervous I’ve ever been, easily. But I’m ready to face the chaos and clear everything up,” the In The City cast member admitted.
Amanda continued, noting that she wanted to set the record straight on the timeline of when she got together with West and clear up their feelings for each other. “Yeah, no, clearing up the timeline, that there’s no affair and nothing malicious. And it’s just two people that had feelings for each other that shouldn’t have,” she said.

West also spoke with BravoTV.com backstage at the reunion, where he admitted that he was looking forward to opening up about his relationship with Amanda. “I think the timeline of this very new relationship is important to address. Because there’s a lot of different speculations,” he said.
However, he revealed that he was “not stoked” for the reunion. “But also I think there’s a lot of good truth to be told today,” he added. “Because there’s a lot of different speculations.”
