Andy Cohen is sharing his reaction to the Summer House Season 10 reunion. The three-part reunion, currently streaming on Peacock, was an emotional setting for most cast members, and now reunion host Andy is sharing his take on it.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host spoke with Variety recently, where he admitted that the reunion was one of the “top 10 most tense reunions we’ve had.” “This is a real group, and there was real emotional fallout among this group. This group is rocked and devastated and it’s very real and it was very emotional,” he noted.Â
He continued, elaborating on the emotional toll that the reunion had on the Summer House Season 10 cast members after West Wilson and Amanda Batula announced that they were seeing each other romantically. He further shared that he was least shocked by the timeline, saying it felt “a little irrelevant.” He said, “The story was the betrayal and the feelings, and how it affected the group. I guess that the headline was how visibly shaken a lot of them were: Jesse Solomon spent a good chunk of the last 25 minutes sitting there, kind of crying for real. He was very shaken. I guess it was the emotion that really stood out to me.”
Andy Cohen reveals how he felt going into the Summer House Season 10 reunion
He further admitted to the publication that he was energized going into hosting the Summer House Season 10 reunion. And he has hosted a lot of reunions. “I don’t get nervous — before Summer House, I felt the weight of it,” he stated. “I was leaning in. I was hyped up. I was energized.”
“I went in and talked to Ciara [Miller], and then I went and talked to West and Amanda,” he explained. “I get nervous for them a little bit, because it’s intense, as you can ask any of the Housewives who are here. It’s intense being in a reunion, just if you had a normal season, but this was so elevated and intense.”

Andy also talked to Ciara after the reunion was filmed. He called into Smith Sisters Live, a radio show on his SiriusXM radio channel, Radio Andy, where he admitted that he talked to Ciara about how she was feeling after the reunion was taped. “When she walked out, I said to her, ‘You know, you must feel like you could go climb a mountain now that you’ve done this,'” he explained in a clip posted to Instagram in May.
“I mean, it was like, you’ve got to feel good about saying everything that you had to say, you know? And it seemed like she left nothing on the table,” he added. “I just wanted to say: I have never seen anyone more ready and sat as Ciara was. I mean, she was clear, confident, cutting, intelligent, you know, everything that she came to do.”
