“I was overwhelmed with emotions when she came back into the fold, and you’ll see it on TV, of course,” he said. “But she went through a lot like we all do in relationships.”
He said that Taylor “isolated herself” in her last relationship, “and I think she lost a lot of friends along the way and I hated that,” he said. Â “It’s good to have her back at least in her best possible form, which is just funny and kind of irrational and all the things that I think are endearing to a point,” he said.

Not right now,” he said.
“She, I think everyone knows, went through a toxic relationship, and I’m glad that it ended for a lot of reasons. Mostly because I was able to make her laugh again, which is something that I’ve always enjoyed, ” he said during the panel. “You need time to heal. You need time to process. I think jumping back in is maybe a little dangerous.”
