The Southern Hospitality Season 4 finale ended with Leva Bonaparte throwing a Mardi Gras-themed staff appreciation party for her Republic Garden & Lounge team — but not everybody was ready to let the good times roll.
In fact, several members of the cast — which also includes Joe Bradley, Maddi Reese, Bradley Carter, TJ Dinch, Michols Peña, Lake Rucker, Emmy Sharrett, Grace Lilly, Mia Alario, Molly Moore, Justin Assad, and Bella Starcher — were left with more questions than answers about their friendships, romances, and careers.
Needless to say, there will be plenty of drama to unpack at the first-ever two-part Southern Hospitality reunion. In the meantime, find out how the Republic crew ended Season 4 and get updates on what the cast has been up to since filming wrapped.
Leva Bonaparte’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
During her finale event, Leva announced the newest addition to her and husband Lamar Bonaparte’s portfolio of Charleston businesses, On Air. “We’re so excited,” she gushed to the party’s attendees. “There’s gonna be live music, there’s gonna be a rooftop deck.” (On Air officially opened in March.)
After Joe told her that the news felt like a major slight, Leva explained that On Air “should’ve been” his, but plans changed when he took a year off to follow Maddi around on tour.Â
“Once you lose trust with someone, you don’t open a business with them,” she elaborated. “I’m not gonna chase you and beg you to work for me. I don’t need you.”
Joe Bradley’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Joe, meanwhile, insisted to Leva that he had “no regrets” about taking time off from his career for Maddi. “She’s the girl of my dreams,” he said. “This is my future family, and I know I’m gonna own my own rooftop one day.”
Though Joe warned Leva that he could very well pursue other options for opening his own bar, he’s still working for Republic and even promoted On Air via his Instagram as recently as May 12.
As for his relationship with Maddi, Joe has yet to propose, but the two recently adopted a dog named Ozzy.

Maddi Reese’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
As Maddi defended Joe during their tense final sit-down with Leva, she said that the Republic co-owner had given them both “false hope” regarding Joe’s career aspirations.
Outside of her and Joe’s relationship, as well as helping to raise their mini Bernedoodle, Maddi has also continued to tour across the country as a professional DJ.
Bradley Carter’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Bradley ended Season 4 by toasting to “a damn good summer,” which notably included a romance with his girlfriend, Julia. While celebrating his and Julia’s anniversary on Instagram in March, Bradley wrote, in part, “Loving you has been one of the easiest choices I’ve ever made.”
In the same post’s caption, he added, “Filming this season, however, was by far was the most challenging since the first one. Filming a reality TV show a year after losing your dad wasn’t easy, and this year sharing my relationship with the world while going through an emotional rollercoaster with friends added a different layer.”
TJ Dinch’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Although TJ brought Joe’s friend Matt as his date to the finale party, he revealed in an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com that he’s currently single.
Regardless, the door still remains open for a potential romance between TJ and Michols — someday, he said.

“I would never say no,” the Sir Wieners founder added. “I think we’re at both two different parts in our lives. He’s learning who he is, coming out of the closet, having fun. And I think he should be. And to be tied down to a relationship right now, for him I don’t think it’s like feasible. I don’t also want to ruin that friendship. The next person I’m with I want to be with forever. And I think Michols is like still having fun, which is completely fine.”
Michols Peña’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Michols lingering tension with Molly reached a boiling point during Leva’s finale event when she confronted him about allegedly lying about his involvement in her firing.Â
“Listen, if it were up to me, and I was the GM, you wouldn’t even have worked there to begin with, because you are a s—-y employee,” he said, before breaking the fourth wall and briefly storming out of the party. “Your friendship cost me nothing.”
Amid the debate over whether or not his transition out of the assistant general manager position at Republic was a demotion, Michols has continued to focus on his modeling career and recently graced So.Gay‘s May 2026 digital cover.
Lake Rucker’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Earlier in the finale, Lake showcased her artwork for several castmates at an event that included a surprise appearance by her mother. Post-filming, she marked another major milestone when she joined Michols, TJ, and Leva in accepting Southern Hospitality‘s 2026 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Reality Program.
“Winning a GLAAD Award is something I truly never could have imagined, and my heart is so full receiving this honor,” Lake captioned a March Instagram post, in part. “Me, Michols, and TJ couldn’t have told our story without the love, support, and belief from so many people around us. This recognition means so much because it allows us to keep sharing our truth and hopefully create space for other people to tell their stories too.”
Emmy Sharrett’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Emmy revealed during BravoCon 2025 in November that planning her upcoming wedding to fiancé Will Kulp has been “exhausting.” She added that they’d still yet to set a date, however, and she was more than fine having a long engagement.
When they do eventually put together their guest list, however, several of Emmy’s Southern Hospitality castmates have already predicted that they won’t make the cut.
“I’m probably gonna be the last person invited to that wedding,” Bradley told BravoTV.com after their falling out. TJ also chimed in to say that he felt similarly, adding, “I think the only people that she’d really invite would be Joe, Maddi, Michols, and Lake.”
Grace Lilly’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
After several major ups and downs throughout the season, Grace Lilly apologized and made up with both Joe and Maddi at the finale party.
“Making amends is one of the 12 steps in recovery,” she explained in a confessional. “I feel so much better, and I wish it happened sooner. You have to face your fears and be uncomfortable to grow.”
The Season 4 reunion trailer teased that Grace will open up about her post-filming arrest during the cast sit-down.
Mia Alario’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
After revealing her unexpected split from boyfriend Troy Radtke during Season 4, Mia explored a possible romance with newbie Justin. She insisted that there were no hard feeling when he moved on with Southern Charm‘s Charley Manley, however.
“When I was being sad through the breakup, he was a nice little distraction,” Mia explained to BravoTV.com. “But I’m happy he found his person. Now it’s my turn.”
Following a failed fling with Summer House‘s West Wilson, Mis shared another love life update, revealing, “I’m single. I want to find love. I’m looking to be the new Bachelorette. This is my opening.”
Molly Moore’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
As mentioned, Molly walked away from Season 4 still at odds with Michols after her termination from Republic. She declared in a producer interview, “Michols is an egotistical little model with severe emotional anger issues, and I want nothing to do with you.”
After filming wrapped, Molly announced in April that she’d officially launched Molly Moore Events, which specializes in everything from, “weddings and brand experiences to intimate dinners and social celebrations.” Her announcement teased, “This is just the beginning.”
Justin Assad’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Season 4 newcomer Justin is still dating Charley, who accompanied him as a plus-one to Leva’s finale event.
Since hard-launching their relationship in March, Justin and Charley have both shared glimpses into their time together around Charleston on social media.
At the Season 4 reunion, expect to see Justin address whether or not there was any “overlap” in Charley’s relationship with him and her fling with Craig Conover.
Bella Starcher’s life after Southern Hospitality Season 4
Bella is still hustling as a VIP Server at Republic and also remains tight with her castmates.
In the comments section of her most recent IG photo dump, for example, she racked up loving messages from Michols, Emmy, Maddi, Lake, and even Leva.
Now that Season 4 is a wrap, find out everything to expect from the Southern Hospitality reunion.
