The newcomer is part of a dynamic group of women joining veterans Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Dolores Catania on the cast of Season 15, but what should fans know about her ahead of RHONJ Season 15’s December premiere?

Who is Natia Rufolo?
Natia, also known as Nat, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who owns INJX by Nat Aesthetics, in addition to being a wife and mother.
“I’m pretty outspoken. I don’t hold anything back,” Natia told Bravo Insider ahead of RHONJ Season 15. “If someone is thinking something, I’m the first one to say it. Whatever the elephant is in the room, I will say it. So that’s just very me, and some people don’t like it. Because the truth hurts, the truth sucks, but the truth will set you free. That’s what I say.”
That said, Natia added that she has a fun side as well: “I am the life of the party, for sure. I love to party.”

What does Natia Rufolo do for a living?
Natia is the owner of Injx By Nat Aesthetics, and specializes in polydioxanone threading (known as PDO threading), which is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure to lift and tighten skin.
“I got nominated, elected, and awarded to the Top 100 Best Aesthetician Providers in America. It’s a very tight list and it’s almost impossible to get on,” Natia shared with Bravo Insider. “And then I also got into top 50 PDO providers in the country…So, it’s exciting.”
Natia also described how she started her med spa business “from the ground up” after accruing $200,000 in student debt. “I opened up the LLC, and the next week I was in a small little room trying to order a bottle of Botox, and in three to five months, my business went viral. And I think I made a couple million that year, my first year,” she explained. “And, you know, it grew and grew and grew, and we are buying a third location now.”
Natia added that she’s a self-proclaimed “workaholic,” telling Bravo Insider, “I never sleep. People are sleeping at two in the morning, I’m up working.”
Is Natia Rufolo married?
Yes, Natia is married to her husband, Tommy. They’ve been together since 2016, she told Bravo Insider. “We met at a restaurant bar in South Orange,” she added. “Ever since that day, we were inseparable. It was kind of like, ‘You’ll know when you know.’”
Natia shared that she became pregnant “unexpected[ly]” only a few months into dating, but they didn’t rush to tie the knot. “He respected that I didn’t want to jump into marriage, because I told him I wanted him to really fall in love with me, not just because we were pregnant,” she told Bravo Insider. “So he respected me, and then two or three years later, he proposed. It was real, you know? I feel like our son got us closer.”
Natia and Tommy also work together, as he’s the director of operations for her med spa business. “He’s good with the numbers. He’s good with the negotiations and sales — he’s a salesperson,” Natia shared. “So yes, I did so much on my own, but he did help me elevate it financially.”
Does Natia Rufolo have kids?
Natia and her husband Tommy have two children together: 8-year-old Tommy Jr. and 3-year-old Natalie. “She’s not named after me,” Natia explained of her daughter. “I’m Natia. She’s Natalie. She’s actually named after my grandmother.”
Natia also shared with Bravo Insider that people are often surprised to learn she’s a mother. As she put it, “I keep that side pretty quiet and private.”

How is Natia Rufolo connected to the RHONJ cast?
Natia is well connected to her RHONJ Season 15 castmates, and counted several of them as friends before filming, including twin sisters Xiomara Cammarota and Juliette Collazo.
“We’ve been friends for six years. We’ve traveled together — Italy, Florida, the city — and we’ve partied together,” Natia told Bravo Insider. “Juliette did my makeup for my wedding. I’ve done her face for years, so we’re very close.”
Although she knew Teresa and Dolores socially ahead of filming, Natia called her relationship with Melissa “close.”
Now, she calls Dolores her “support system,” and Teresa her “bestie.” Natia added of her friendship with Teresa, “We FaceTime six times a day. It’s crazy. Like, if I’m on vacation, I’m on FaceTime with her. We can’t stop talking.”
What can fans expect from Natia Rufolo on RHONJ Season 15?
Natia’s official bio teases that she’s “working to repair her complicated relationship with her mother, Tamara,” as well as “navigating a group of strong personalities,” which means “her unfiltered nature is sure to occasionally land her in hot water.”
