Woman Charged in Wrong-Way Crash That Killed 12-Year-Old Boy – Crime Online

A 12-year-old boy critically injured in a high-speed, wrong way crash last December has died, and a woman has been charged.

Endrina Bracho was reportedly driving 75 miles per hour when she struck a Jeep driven by the family of Travis J. Wolfe on December 20. The boy was taken to St. Louis Children’s Hospital and placed on life support. He died on March 6.

Travis’s parents, Timothy and Stephanie Wolfe, Bracho, and Bracho’s two children were taken to separate hospitals with serious injuries.

The defendant’s children are now in the care of their father.

Bracho has been charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of assault, two counts of child endangerment, and one count of driving without a license. She was given a $500,000 bond after a police officer said she was in the country “illegally from Venequela and poses a serious flight risk.”

A bond reduction hearing is scheduled for April 8.
