Now, Yvonne has her own marketing company, which allows her to have so much more freedom. “I have my own clients now, ” she continued. “I’m still very close to a lot of the girls I used to work with, who I adore. But it’s kinda nice to get that time back. If you do go through a layoff or you get fired or you’re just thinking about switching your career, it is nice to have some time to think about what you want to do next. I just kind of gained a new perspective.”
Yvonne Najor shares new details about her career today
While Yvonne previously worked in the hospitality industry, she now gets to spend more time with her clients. “It’s interesting because I oversaw marketing for 20 restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and touched everything on social and marketing, so I feel like I have so many different clients. But it’s kind of like a boutique marketing agency,” she told Bravo Insider. “One of my clients is actually Dr. Georgina [Ferzli]. So my team runs her social media and does all of the videos. So a lot of social media clients.”
And starting her own business has awarded Yvonne so much freedom. “Sometimes I see stuff with women walking in a cute outfit going to work, and I’m like, ‘Ugh. I miss that.’ I miss that hustle,” she admitted. “But it’s like I got my time back and I make my own schedule and I get to work on so many different projects so… I think it’s also getting over the fact that you’re not your title. You are who you are in any room you walk into.”

Things are about to get a little more exciting for Yvonne and Nick’s lives as they are currently expecting their first child together. Although Yvonne is so busy with her marketing firm and Nick with his furniture business, she admitted to Bravo Insider at the In The City Season 1 promotional shoot that their work has brought them closer. “We’re both such hard workers, and we’re both so committed to our careers,” she said.
