A Wisconsin man was arrested Monday after hundreds of sexually explicit photos were reportedly found on his phone.
WISN reported that Racine County investigators said Aaron Wroblewski, 36, downloaded the illicit images via an encrypted messenger application on his phone. Many of the children in the photos that Wroblewski allegedly had were between the ages of 3 and 16 years old.
The Country Herald reported that Wroblewski’s wife contacted authorities after finding the child pornography on his phone.
He reportedly denied police permission to search his phone, leading them to obtain a search warrant.
Wroblewski is charged with possession of child pornography. He remains jailed on $500,000 bail.
