The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an AMBER Alert for a 14-year-old girl believed to be with a 41-year-old man.
Maryuri Yolani Gomez Marquez was last at around 8 a.m. Sunday, in Plains, in the 300 block of 13th St. According to police, she was last seen with Juan Orlando Garcia Sarmiento, 41.
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Maryuri is described as a Hispanic female who stands 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Sarmiento is described as a Hispanic male who stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs around 188 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
The pair could possibly be traveling in a black 2010 Ford F-150 with a Texas license plate of WGV-9997.
