Salve Regina University student Drew Cepetelli on Saturday, November 24th, 2022, Drew Ceppetelli,22, died in a car crash on the Route 1 bypass in Portsmouth on Saturday night. She was a student at Salve University and a member of the softball team.

The Porsche Macan that she was riding in, operated by Tyler N. Troy, 22, of Northwood, New Hampshire, had been travelling on the Route 1 Bypass South approaching the Portsmouth Traffic Circle when it departed the left side of the roadway onto a curbed divider, entered the travel portion of the Portsmouth Traffic Circle, and travelled into the grass median in the centre of the traffic circle, causing the Porsche to overturn several times. Ms Ceppetelli was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr Troy was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the New Hampshire State Police Collision statement room she walked into.
