What does Sai De Silva do for a living?
Sai is a fashion blogger and content creator on Instagram. She currently posts her writing to her Substack, Sai Unseen, while being a parent to her two children, daughter London and son Rio. Sai opened up about her career during RHONY Season 15, telling Bravo Insider, “I am a lifestyle content creator. I know you’re wondering, ‘What does that even mean?’ OK, guess what? I am the girl who creates the content on all your social media platforms. I’m talking about TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, all your favorite places to go.”
What does Hailey Glassman do for a living?
Hailey works in PR, a career she told Bravo Insider she “fell into.” According to Hailey’s PR website, she has worked with “leading clients in the restaurant, medical, and entertainment industries.” She is also working on launching a “wrinkle prevention device,” according to her Instagram account, which is set to be launched later this year.
What does Erika Hammond do for a living?
- Erika Hammond is a fitness entrepreneur, has worked as a fitness instructor, and is launching her own workout clothing line, PS Active.

Erika is a fitness entrepreneur. The RHONY newcomer was on the founding team of Rumble Boxing and is the creator of Knockout at Equinox, as she explained to Bravo Insider. She is currently launching her own workout clothing line, PS Active, which will be released on September 10.

What does Erin Lichy do for a living?
- Erin Lichy has worked as a real estate agent, designer, beverage entrepreneur, and podcast host.
- Erin Lichy is also the current owner of her design firm, Erin’s Studio, and the Mezcal brand Mezcalum.
- Erin Lichy joined RHONY in Season 14.
Erin has worn several hats over the years as an entrepreneur and mom to her four kids, primarily working as a real estate agent and the owner of her interior design studio, Erin’s Studio. In 2024, Erin and her husband Abe Lichy also launched their mezcal business, Mezcalum, a brand of mezcal featuring all natural ingredients. She currently hosts her own podcast with Abe, Come Together with Erin + Abe Lichy, too.
Erin explained to Bravo Insider ahead of RHONY Season 16 that the podcast is her main focus right now. “I really had to take a step back from work because it was too much and I was just running myself into the ground and just having a lot of s–t happening, moving, it was just too much. So I’m just building a future, and I’m not quite sure exactly what it is,” she explained. “I feel like it’s kind of nice to take a minute and see….I’m trying to figure it out.”
What does Carole Radziwill do for a living?
Carole is the author of the New York Times bestselling book What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship, and Love, as well as the 2013 novel The Widow’s Guide to Sex and Dating: A Novel. She currently publishes her writing to her Substack, The Voice of Reason with Carole Radziwill.

What does Jessel Taank do for a living?

- Jessel Taank joined RHONY in Season 14.
Jessel is a mom of twins, a former fashion PR professional, and the founder of Oushq, a “cutting-edge fashion platform that curates exclusive and innovative designs from emerging designers all over the world.” Jessel revealed to Bravo Insider ahead of RHONY Season 16 that she is “still working really hard” with Oushq, which partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America last year.
“We’re the first South Asian platform brand to partner with CFDA, so we’re super excited and we’ve all like, forged ahead and doing some really cool things with designers across the world,” she continued. “So lots of great fashion coming our way.”
What does Daisy Toye do for a living?
- Daisy Toye is a celebrity makeup artist.
- Daisy Toye joined RHONY in Season 16.
Daisy is a celebrity makeup artist, mom of one, and the longtime makeup artist to Martha Stewart, working with the mogul for 17 years. Daisy told Bravo Insider that she is currently working on developing a makeup palette with Martha and working on her own line of nude lipstick.
“I traveled the world [with her], seen the most unbelievable things. Experienced the most insane things. And we’re working on her palette,” Daisy explained. “We’re gonna develop it and test it out. And so that’s exciting. That’s coming out in the fall.”
