Wedding bells were ringing for Kyle Richards’ daughter Alexia Umansky on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 finale, where viewers got an inside look at the big day, from the dresses and the dances to the tears that were shed.
Alexia and Jake Zingerman tied the knot on Sept. 6, 2025, in Los Angeles, surrounded by their family and friends.
“This last year has been filled with a lot of difficult moments, but a lot of really beautiful moments also,” Kyle shared as cameras captured Alexia’s beautiful ceremony and reception during the April 16 episode.
When Alexia’s father and Kyle’s estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, saw Alexia in her wedding dress for the first time, he called her “a princess.” The sweet moment brought the room — including Alexia, Mauricio, and Kyle — to tears.
Earlier in the RHOBH episode, Kyle had wondered aloud, “Wait, dad has a father/daughter dance, and then you have a first dance—what do we get?”
But not to worry, Alexia paid tribute to her mother in a very special way on her wedding day. She wore the same nail polish color (Essie’s classic Ballet Slippers) that Kyle wore during her January 1996 wedding with Mauricio, Alexia told People.

Additionally, her bouquet was an intentional nod to her mom. “I know it’s very cool to do some unique flowers and whatnot for a bouquet, but my mom held roses on her wedding day, and I wanted to do an ode to that on my wedding day,” she told the outlet.

While she was thrilled her daughter was starting the next chapter of her life, it was also a bittersweet day for Kyle as she remained separated from her husband after 27 years of marriage.
“I can remember I would hear about other couples that would split up after being married so many years, and their kids getting married—having babies—and I would think, ‘That’s so stupid. Why would they do that?’ And then I’m like, ‘How did we get here?’” Kyle asked herself during the April 16 episode.
“To have all these big life moments happening now, with Alexia, you know? Go off and get married. [My youngest daughter] Portia [Umansky] going to college. It feels strange to be on my own,” Kyle reflected during her confessional. “Some days I feel okay, and I’m strong, and I’m proud of myself for being as strong as I am. And other days I feel scared. And other days I’m worried.”
Still, the wedding turned out to be the perfect moment for family bonding. Alexia later revealed in her Instagram stories that her entire family reunited to stay together overnight before her wedding at the family’s Encino home.
“We had a huge sleepover, actually,” Alexia wrote. “I slept in my mom’s bed with her and our dog Luna. My dad and [older sister] Farrah [Brittany Aldjufrie] stayed and joined the sleepover too. [My younger sisters] Sophia [Umansky] and Portia, of course. It was a full house.”
Elsewhere in the episode, producers noted that neither Kyle nor Mauricio “are ready to pull the trigger on divorce.” Although it’s not the first time Kyle has admitted she’s considered filing, she revealed her daughter’s wedding once again brought up the issue.
“[There are] times in life you’re wondering, ‘When should I pull the plug on this marriage?’ I feel like you’ll know when that time comes,” Kyle told producers. “I think there’ll be a moment when you say, ‘Aha, okay, this is that moment.’ And I know that that’s going to happen for me probably soon, so. When that moment comes, I will know, and I will act on it.”

She also admitted that she’s grappling with big changes herself now. “I’m getting used to saying ‘My son-in-law.’ It’s so funny to say that. Or, ‘My daughter’s husband.’ I’m like, ‘Who am I? This is so crazy.’ But, it’s great,” Kyle said.
