Wedding bells are in store for Kyle Richards’ second of four daughters, Alexia Umansky, and the Housewife is savoring every moment along the way.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared an Instagram Story on August 12 offering a look inside the preparations behind Alexia and fiancé Jake Zingerman’s upcoming big day. In a selfie with the hashtag “Dress Fitting,” Kyle took a snap of herself in what appeared to be an otherwise empty fitting room with high ceilings, equipped with a pair of cushioned seats and a jeweled chandelier above.
Kyle faced her reflection head-on, wearing light-wash denim jeans, black platform shoes, and a light-blue collared top that had been unbuttoned to expose a white undershirt. She accessorized the look with a pair of black-rimmed glasses with blue-tinted lenses.

Although Kyle and her crew have yet to reveal the details of who will wear what on Alexia’s wedding in Aspen, Colorado, the mother of the bride tagged celebrity bridal designer Monique Lhuillier, whose past clients have included a slew of A-list names. Lhuillier, for one, designed the reunion dress Kyle’s sister, Kathy Hilton, wore on the RHOBH Season 11 reunion.

Kyle has yet to share what she’ll be wearing on Alexia’s big day, let alone if she’s bought anything yet (as of July 17, she hadn’t). That day, on an Amazon Live stream, she explained, “I just can’t believe it’s very soon, her wedding, and I basically don’t have a lot done.”
“My personality, I do everything last minute,” Kyle continued. “I don’t know what it is, it’s the ADHD or whatever it is. According to Instagram, I have really bad ADHD. But I just struggle. I don’t know. Everything is last-minute and scrambling, no matter what I do. Everyone’s like, ‘What dress are you wearing?’ I have no idea. I have no idea what even vibe I want.”
Kyle did note that Alexia had given her “options of colors,” but at the time, she had not chosen a mother-of-the-bride dress.
Alexia, meanwhile, went dress shopping with Kyle; Aunt Kathy; and her sisters, Farrah Aldjufrie, Sophia Umansky, and Portia Umansky, back in July. Kyle described the experience as “really fun and exciting.”

Later in the aforementioned live stream, Kyle said it was “so hard to make decisions,” especially since Alexia was prone to changing her mind. Thus, it’s been important for the mom take a step back and let the bride-to-be do things the way she wanted.
She touched on this when asked who of the RHOBH ’Wives would attend Alexia’s special day.

“Umm … not all of them maybe,” she laughed. “That’s gonna be up to [Alexia]. I mean, yes, it’s my daughter’s wedding … it’s really her day, so it’s gonna be up to her.”
