Lindsay Hubbard admitted she’s “entering a new chapter of adulthood,” and “dealing with the big questions,” during the In The City Season 1 premiere. But for the single mom of toddler daughter Gemma, that includes a long stretch without romance. Lindsay opened up about her dating and sex life to producers in the May 19 episode.
“What I’m worried about is, if I’m ever going to have sex again,” she revealed in her confessional. “I haven’t had sex in nine months, okay?”
She admitted the dry spell was out of character for her. “I used to shoot like rainbows and butterflies out of my vagina,” she added.
She then explained how the end of her relationship with Gemma’s father, Turner Kufe, affected her sex life. “I probably would have had sex when I got the all clear from my doctor, six weeks after giving birth,” she shared. “But then I got broken up with, and so, it’s been a while—a long while.”
Lindsay Hubbard opens up about the difficulties in her dating life
Lindsay highlighted her current single status during Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea on Feb. 26, saying she was in her “single era.”
During Summer House Season 10, she opened up about tough previous relationships. “I love love, but then that burned me a couple of times,” she shared in Episode 9. “My last two relationships, where I was like, fully in love, they didn’t work out. So f—k love.”
But during a January interview with BravoTV.com, she shared that her dating life isn’t her biggest priority, as she called In The City Season 1, “that next chapter of life.”

“You literally watched me grow up in my entire 30s on Summer House, and now I have a baby,” she explained. “Now, I’m trying to really figure out those big life adult decisions that we have to make. The stakes are higher. We are trying to really figure out where our futures are going, in a real way.”
She added, “We’re not just like partying in a share house in the Hamptons during the summer. It’s our day-to-day real lives in the city, and the ups and downs. The challenges, the excitement. Everything that we go through as living, breathing adults in New York City.”
As far as where her romantic life goes now, Lindsay shared at BravoCon 2025 in November, she’s just “having fun.” She explained, “I’m still not exactly prioritizing going out. But, if someone falls into my lap… that’s where I’m at right now.”
Where Lindsay Hubbard stands with ex Carl Radke now
Lindsay is the first to admit that her relationship with her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, has been rocky. “If you really think about my life over the last couple of years, it was pretty serious. You know, I was engaged. And then basically dumped at the altar two months before the wedding and had to go through a big, very public breakup,” she said of their split during BravoCon 2025.
But Lindsay and Carl made strides in repairing their friendship during Summer House Season 10, and she even stopped by to offer her congratulations during the opening of Carl’s Soft Bar in the April 28 episode. She told BravoTV.com in January how she’s building a new relationship with Carl.
“The best advice that I can give is, look, like we only have one life to live,” she shared. “You can hold a grudge, or you can choose to let it go and move on with your life.”

She explained she’s “never really been a grudge holder,” and added, “So, it’s your choice: either hold a grudge, and hold onto that negativity, or choose to continue moving forward in a positive way.”
For his part, Carl said during his May 12 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that he believes the exes can be friends again. “I do believe we have a strong bond as friends, and I think there is a future of a strong friendship, and I’m hoping for that,” he shared. “I think it’s important to see how exes can maybe come back together. It’s co-parenting in a different way.”
Don’t miss Lindsay sharing a “brutal” update on her friendship with Danielle Olivera ahead of the In The City Season 1 premiere.
