As Lindsay Hubbard continued to navigate her feud with Danielle Olivera during the series premiere of In The City, she confessed to keeping a running list of grievances, which dated back to 2019, in her phone.
“I’m certainly not gonna create space in my life for somebody who just, like, s–ts on me every chance that they get,” Lindsay explained to a producer, following an Episode 1 run-in with Danielle (more on the below). “Every year it’s something. Let me just pull it up.”
That’s when Lindsay grabbed her cell phone and referred to a note that she’d labeled, “Past Issues with Danielle,” which you can read snippets from below.

Providing a summary in her confessional, Lindsay said that her issues with Danielle began amid her and Carl Radke’s first failed attempt at dating during Season 4 of Summer House. A week after their breakup, Lindsay claimed that Danielle hooked up with Carl in the back of an Uber.
More Summer House flashbacks reminded viewers that the two clashed again when Lindsay and Carl did not include Danielle in their engagement. Finally, the last straw for Lindsay came about more recently when she saw some negative comments that Danielle had made about her in confessionals during Summer House Season 9 while she was pregnant with her now-1-year-old daughter, Gemma Britt Kufe.

How Danielle Olivera explained her and Lindsay Hubbard’s friendship rift on In The City
Though Lindsay was crystal-clear about her position on their friendship, Danielle, for her part, expressed a desire to repair the relationship with her former bestie.
As Danielle explained to her new boyfriend, Eoin Heavey, she was excited about their romance but wished she could include Lindsay. “She doesn’t even know about you, and that’s so weird,” Danielle told the tech CEO. “Like, I would love to be able to share that with her.”

In a confessional, Danielle revealed that she and Lindsay had not spoken to each other in roughly four months at that point, describing their lack of communication as being “weird” for them, especially given that they “go back so, so many years.”
“I mean, I met her baby, Gemma, like right at the beginning, and then I feel like she just kind of ghosted on our friendship,” she told Eoin. “It just sucks that we have, like, such big things going on in, like, our worlds, and I hate that it’s awkward now.”

During a night out involving a majority of the In The City cast, Lindsay was visibly annoyed when Danielle walked into the bar. Nonetheless, Lindsay’s best friend, Yvonne Najor, asked whether she planned to talk to her.
“No, I’m just gonna avoid her,” Lindsay answered. “I can’t give any more passes. I don’t f–king need negative, competitive energy in my life.”
Danielle, meanwhile, echoed her earlier comments in a conversation with castmate Katie Arundel, adding, “It’s so s–tty because, like, she has a new home, I have a new, like, man in my life that I feel like is such a big deal. And I’m not sharing it with my once best friend.”
So, Danielle decided to approach Lindsay, who was in the midst of joking with Kyle Cooke that she didn’t even know how to pronounce Eoin’s name. She asked Lindsay if she would be willing to meet for lunch or coffee in the coming week, and when the latter hesitated, Danielle added that she would be open to “whenever” Lindsay was free.
“Can I think about it? I’m a little busy these days,” Lindsay eventually responded, prompting Danielle to say she understood that she had a newborn baby at home.
Once Danielle exited the conversation, Kyle said that he didn’t quite understand what the problem was between them. So, once again, Lindsay reiterated points from the “past issues” note in her phone.
