Los Angeles, California – Eva Mendes, former actor and the longtime partner of Ryan Gosling, used a recent social media post to show off a tattoo tribute to the Barbie star.
Mendes posted a selection of touching photos to Instagram on Friday, sitting and lounging in various poses throughout what looked to be a vintage car.
In one image, her left wrist is shown clearly, giving us a glimpse of her adorable tattoo tribute – an inking that simply reads “de gosling.”
Fans were quick to jump on the revelation in the comments section, asking all sorts of questions about the tattoo.

“It’s the only one I have, the only one I’ve ever wanted,” she wrote in a reply to one such comment.
The inking isn’t new – though it has rarely been addressed or shown off by Mendes. Instead, it was first unveiled in a similar post to Instagram in 2022.
At the time, the inking caused quite a stir, immediately triggering speculation that Mendes and Gosling had finally tied the knot.
It’s generally believed the two have at some point gotten married, probably in a private ceremony with only close friends and family members.
This seemed to be clarified in 2022 when Mendes faced questions about her time in Australia during an appearance on Today Australia.
“Everybody is amazing, everybody is welcoming us, it’s been so beautiful,” she said. “My husband Ryan is here… and our children are here, we’re having the best time.”
