Los Angeles, California – Summer House star Ciara Miller surely turned heads while introducing country music singer Shaboozey at the VMAs on Sunday, but there’s another body language cue that has fans side-eyeing the two stars.
A lot is going on in Hollywood at the moment, and the queen that is Ciara is right at the center of it all!
After showing up to the VMAs on Sunday clad in a western-inspired brown leather look with hair many can only dream of, Ciara took things a step further by introducing Shaboozey for his live performance, where she gave herself well-deserved praise.
But it wasn’t Ciara’s actions that had her fans and media personalities side-eyeing the Dancing With The Stars contestant. Instead, some think Shaboozey’s body language has changed – and in the best way – since Ciara starred in his music video for Cowgirl. Then again, the same could be said about Ciara’s!
After nearly vomiting from stage fright at the premiere of Dancing With The Stars (her words, not ours!), Ciara looked ridiculously comfortable in front of the VMAs crowd that included powerhouses like Taylor Swift and Madonna. Heck, she even looked right at home giving Snoop Dogg a hug upon arrival on stage before stepping up to the mic.
In a CMT Instagram video of Ciara and Shaboozey posing for photos together at the VMAs, it’s clear the two feel comfortable around each other, as Shaboozey has his arm around her shoulders as she gives a smoldering look toward the camera. But Shaboozey, as fans noted, seems quite “smitten” himself.
“He is smitten,” one Instagram user commented under the video, while another wrote, “Body language!!!! Yeah they are together!!!”
A different fan wrote, “Please tell me they’re dating,” and NYX Cosmetics even got in on the action, commenting, “i’m starting a rumor.”
Others attempted to decode what Shaboozey whispered in Ciara’s ear during the video, with some guessing he might’ve said, “Let’s get out of here.”
When an interviewer suggested Shaboozey as a potential love interest before the show, Ciara shyly explained that she simply doesn’t have time to date while on Dancing with the Stars.
But who’s to say? Crazier things have happened, and it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Shaboozey could make a surprise appearance either to support Ciara or to perform a song on Dancing with the Stars.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
