Although Tom Schwartz was happily in a new relationship with his girlfriend, Kiana Carroll, he admitted to having a sex dream about castmate Lala Kent during The Valley Season 3, Episode 7.

“Lala, I gotta tell you something. I had the most fleshly, intense, carnal sex dream, and you were involved in it,” he admitted while on a cast trip during the May 13 episode.
Tom then added he was “taking it to the grave” and that he had already “erased [the dream] from [his] memory… especially because I’m in a relationship.”
“I’m so into it,” Lala joked, adding, “You didn’t really cheat on her, Schwartz. It’s just a dream.”
Still, on The Valley After Show, Tom confessed he hadn’t quite come to terms with the whole debacle.
“Kiana’s gonna kill me,” he complained to Jason Caperna while filming the After Show.
Jason pointed out that Tom was the one who made it a “thing” by telling Lala in the first place.
“I had to because it was such a powerful image,” Tom explained. “I thought it might fester if I didn’t say anything.”
“I was like, ‘Oh my god.’ I felt dirty. I almost felt like I had cheated…even though I can’t control what happens in [my head], in my sleep,” he continued. “I don’t know. I don’t know, man. I confessed. It was wrong, and it was filthy.”
Did Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz ever date?
It wasn’t the first time alleged “chemistry” was floated between the two Vanderpump Rules alum. The two discussed the idea of them dating on the June 23, 2025, episode of Lala’s podcast, Untraditionally Lala, before finally shutting down the speculations on their romantic status on Tom’s podcast, Detox Retox with Tom Schwartz, in July.
“If it’s on the internet, it’s true, right?” Tom jokingly asked Lala at the time.
Still, that didn’t stop Lala and Tom from leaning into the dating speculation again on Lala’s birthday in September 2025. “Happy Bday To my imaginary internet gf,” Tom captioned an Instagram story photo of the two.

Jokes aside, it seems there’s no true compatibility, which Lala alluded to in The Valley‘s May 13 episode.
After Tom admitted he and Lala “did some freaky stuff” in his dream, Lala was skeptical.
“I just don’t see him slapping a—s, choking out. I just don’t,” she told producers in her confessional. “I see him kinda being like, ‘Yeah, this is fun’ with his glasses steamed up. His socks are probably still on.”
WhenThe Valley After Show producers asked Tom if he thought he could “handle Lala” in bed, he admitted, “Probably not. She’s fierce, but fierce in a very Lala way.”
Are Tom Schwartz and Kiana Carroll still dating?
On the After Show, Tom issued an apology to his girlfriend for the sex dream. “Kiana, I’m sorry that I was like, flirtatious and had weird dreams,” he said. “I love you very much.”
Indeed, Tom and Kiana are still together, and they recently shared pics from a romantic getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on their Instagrams.
He recently revealed that marriage is on his mind during an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com. “I mean, I would love to [marry Kiana]. I don’t know if she wants to marry me,” Tom shared. “But, if I could be so lucky. I just feel like I hit a life lottery with her, you know what I mean? She’s not like a one in a million—that’s an insult. [She’s] one in a billion. I’m talking one in a trillion.”

The couple has already cemented their relationship in a permanent way with matching lemon tattoos. “I like lemon drops. She likes lemon drops. It’s like our little cute inside thing,” he explained.
