Jesse Solomon is sharing some major updates on his friendships with West Wilson and Amanda Batula, after they confirmed their romance. The Summer House cast member grew super close to both West and Amanda when he joined the cast in Season 8 and is revealing where he stands with them today.
Jesse appeared on E! News‘ The Rundown, where he revealed that he has spoken with Amanda since the Summer House Season 10 reunion filmed. “I checked in with her a few days ago,” he admitted in a clip posted to Instagram on May 16. “I don’t think she’s doing particularly great. But she’s been my biggest supporter musically. She’s so proud of me, and I appreciate that. I think she really knows that she f—ed up, and she wishes it were different, but it is what it is.”Â
Jesse also appeared on The Julia Cunningham Show on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy channel last week, where he gave some insight into where he stands with West today. “I just feel lied to, and he’s apologized,” Jesse said. “So, just seeing what happens from here, honestly.”
Jesse Solomon reveals how emotional the Summer House Season 10 reunion was to film
Jesse further revealed that the Summer House Season 10 reunion was emotional for him. He appeared on The Bossticks on May 14, where he admitted that he “cried a handful of times” during the taping. “I was crying all day. I was a mess,” he said during the episode. “I was crying because I hadn’t taken the time to deal with the emotions and the lying.”
He continued, opening up about what he expected from the reunion. “I thought West was going to come to the reunion with something that was going to make people feel better and that we were going to be able to walk out of there, not turning the page, but at least having apologized and being able to move forward,” he added.

Jesse Solomon opens up about Amanda Batula’s apology to him
When Jesse appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on April 21 (two days before the reunion filmed), he spoke about West and Amanda. He admitted during the episode that Amanda had apologized to him, but West had not, after they both denied to him that they were seeing each other. “He hasn’t apologized, but we — the trust is a little broken,” he admitted during the episode.
More recently, Jesse opened up about Amanda’s apology to him during his appearance on The Bossticks. “Amanda apologized to me right away after they released the statement saying, ‘I’m sorry we dragged you into this.’ She knew that she lied to me,” Â he explained. “West didn’t pick up on the fact that I’ve been getting heat for people thinking that I knew, but it’s not a big deal.”
