The Tres Amigas — Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Shannon Storms Beador — are together again on The Real Housewives of Orange County!
Despite RHOC Season 20 kicking off amid some newly reignited friendship drama between Tamra and Shannon, Vicki made it her mission to get their former trio back on good terms, which she eventually did in Episode 3. She set the plan in motion by calling Shannon and inviting her to lunch with her and Tamra. “We’re gonna have a chit-chat,” Vicki told Shannon. “You don’t have a choice. You better be there or be square.”
Later, Gina Kirschenheiter questioned why she was getting “in the middle” of Tamra and Shannon’s drama. As Vicki explained, “This is both my friends. You know, I love Shannon, and I don’t condone what Tamra has done. But I do think we have to lead by example and say we’ve gotta move on.”
Even so, Gina went on to reference the fact that Tamra and Shannon had just majorly clashed three weeks earlier while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th. “It was really unfortunate that Tamra and Shannon had this fight at my Ultimate Girls Trip moment,” Vicki remarked in a confessional. “I’ll walk out of a situation if it’s gonna get too toxic, but I think Tamra feeds on it. It makes me anxious. It makes me scared of her.”
Back at her meetup with Gina and Jennifer Pedranti, Vicki unpacked her game plan. “I’ve gotta just get Shannon a little bit like not so guarded with her,” she said. “And I’ve gotta get Tamra to stop attacking her.”
Tamra Judge and Shannon Storms Beador’s friendship rift, explained
Tamra, for her part, claimed that she’d already tried to bury the hatchet with Shannon. Either way, she told her daughter Sophia Barney that she was still “all for moving forward” with their friendship. “I just can’t imagine harboring such bad feelings for two years,” Tamra added. “We can only go up from here.”
She continued in a confessional, “I have tried to move on with Shannon, but I just feel like she wants me to be the villain in her story.”

Shannon, for her part, asked a producer, “Does Tamra have amnesia? That, a couple weeks ago, she said some very, very horrible and hurtful things about me?” Addressing the RHUGT drama, Tamra conceded, “I regret that, for sure, but I was mad about what she had said to me about me. I’m hoping, moving forward, all this nonsense will stop.”
During a workout session with Emily Simpson, Shannon also shared that she didn’t want to “be dumb and go back” to Tamra. From her perspective, she and Tamra “were OK” after the Season 19 cast trip to Amsterdam, but it became clear at that year’s reunion that there was still much work to be done.
How Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Shannon Beador became friends again
Tamra, Vicki, and Shannon returned to “the scene of the crime,” i.e. The Quiet Woman, for their lunch meeting. There was a period of awkward silence before Tamra eventually got the conversation started though.
“I’m thankful that Vicki put this together,” she said. “And I know, Shannon, that the two of us have done a lot to each other to hurt each other. But I would like to get to a place and just move forward, where we can have fun and get along.”
Shannon replied by reminding Tamra that they were in the exact same location where the RHUGT drama occurred. “You sat at a booth with a bunch of women and said I was a drunk, that I’ll never get a man, and that I had no money,” she recapped. “How do you think that makes me feel?”
After eventually apologizing for what she said, Tamra also brought up her own hurt over Shannon claiming in a fan’s TikTok video that she had given her a “gift” by agreeing to film with her. From there, the two debated whether or not they’d actually moved forward with each other during Season 19, and Vicki declared that they were making headway.

Following Shannon’s slight detour into an issue involving Tamra and Emily, Vicki helped them get back on track. “I really love both of you,” Vicki said. “I don’t have family here. My girlfriends are sacred to me. I love you guys, and we know Tamra’s got a spitfire personality.”
That’s when Tamra apologized to Shannon again. “Sincerely, I am sorry,” she told her. “I am sorry for hurting you. And I’m happy that you’re in a good place right now. I just want to be around you in that happy place. So, if we can do that, that would be amazing.”
Shannon, for her part, replied that she was “absolutely ecstatic about that,” adding, “I am absolutely willing to move forward and have fun and laugh. And, again, I don’t want to hurt anybody. It’s not my intention.”
Before departing The Quiet Woman, Tamra, Vicki, and Shannon posed for a photo together and even agreed to re-active their three-way group chat.
