The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, more specifically, asked Schwartz how it feels to be doing a reunion without Sandoval. “Honestly? I had one of the best years of my life with these guys,” Schwartz said on The Valley’s August 5 episode. “Truly.”
The reunion update comes after Schwartz and Sandoval reunited at a Foo Fighters concert earlier this year. At the time, Sandoval posted photos on his Instagram story of the duo and other friends rocking out at the show.

Schwartz previously admitted he took “a break” from Sandoval following news of Sandoval’s affair and breakup from longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix, which played out during Vanderpump Rules Season 10. After the affair became public, Schwartz admitted he’d known about it for months, sparking backlash.
“It seems each time I try to weigh in or talk about, ramble on about it, drivel on, I inevitably sound like I’m somehow justifying it or making excuses for it, and I’m not,” Schwartz said about Sandoval’s infidelity in 2023. “There’s just no excuse for it. Any sort of version of his side of the story has become obsolete because of the way he handled it. Ultimately, that’s his life. That is his life. I did not have an affair. I am not him.”
By 2024, Schwartz admitted he was speaking to Sandoval again. “He’s family for me. I’ll always love Tom Sandoval but, of course, I have some deep-rooted frustrations. I’m not holding onto that,” he shared during The Valley Season 2 After Show.

When Schwartz was cast on The Valley Season 3, he shared with Entertainment Tonight that Sandoval shared his congratulations. “He reached out to me, and he’s like, ‘Dude. I’m so happy for you.’ Like, he’s so sweet and genuine,” Schwartz said.
“I still love Tom,” he later added. “We’ve been through so much together. He’ll always be a brother and family to me. And it’s good to be friends again.”
Do Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval still own any restaurants together?
Schwartz and Sandy’s closed its doors in December 2024, about two and a half years after opening. “I’m at least proud to say that I can walk away knowing that I put everything I had into that place,” Schwartz said of his bar with Sandoval during The Valley Season 2 After Show. “Almost all of my money. Lord knows I over-leveraged myself. I feel like we really never were fully accepted or embraced by the neighborhood, but I’m f—king proud of that place.”
The pair’s West Hollywood bar with Lisa, TomTom, was also put up for sale in March 2026. Workers placed a “business for sale” sign next to the TomTom marquee on August 3, according to a report from the Weho Times, but the business is still open right now. Schwartz attributed the change to “dwindling sales” on The Valley Season 3 After Show, and shared he was “effing sad.”
“I technically have my puny five percent, but it means the world to me,” Schwartz added. “Like, it meant 100 percent of my life for so long. We put a lot of our f–king blood, sweat, and tears in that place. Like, I really poured my heart out every time I went in there. But, yeah, I’ll make a few bucks when they sell it, which will be nice.”

Would Tom Schwartz work with Tom Sandoval again?
Although Schwartz made it clear he has no desire to ever work in the bar and restaurant industry with Sandoval again, Schwartz hasn’t ruled out another business partnership with Sandoval. “I hope to work with him again, ’cause I love Tom,” he revealed to Bravo Insider in April. “And we do have a really good collaborative energy. I enjoy working with Tom. We’re so different, but we’re also a lot alike. I feel like we really balance each other out. We really do. But I hope someday we can work together in some capacity. You know what I mean?”
One possibility remains a relaunch of their liquor brand, Tom’s Good Lovin’ Whiskey, that first hit shelves in 2021. “We had a bourbon and a whiskey. Maybe we can resurrect that someday,” Schwartz shared. “We kind of had to put that on ice, or put that to rest indefinitely, so there are some beautiful bottles gathering dust on a shelf somewhere. But maybe we’ll dust off Tom’s Good Lovin’ and resurrect that brand or something.”
