Gunman Who Killed 1 at Nashville Coffee Shop During Easter Brunch Arrested in Kentucky – Crime Online

A man wanted for a fatal shooting at a Nashville coffee shop on Easter Sunday has been arrested in Kentucky.

The US Marshals Task Force found Anton Rucker, 46, at a home in Princeton, the Metro Nashville Police Department said. The department said Rucker surrendered without incident and is being held in the Caldwell County Jail until he can be extradited to face charges in Tennessee.

Rucker was wanted for the shooting at Roasted Sunday afternoon in which one person, 33-year-old Allen Beacham, was killed and several others were wounded, as CrimeOnline reported. Rucker, caught on video, fled the scene in a Mercedes GLS 450, which was later found abandoned in north Nashville.

Rucker, from Murfreesboro, was arrested on multiple charges — including aggravated assault and gun and drug charges — last fall, was released on bond and was to attend a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. Officials released him on a $50,000 bond, WSMV reported.

According to arrest warrants, the charges stemmed from a road rage incident in Murfreesboro in which Rucker sped past another driver and cut him off, then threatened him with a gun, saying, “I would love to kill you.” While executing a search warrant, officers found an illegally possessed gun and drugs and scales in Rucker’s nightstand.

A second fugitive from Tennessee was also arrested at the Kentucky home, WKDZ reported. Terrance Hall, 43, was wanted on charges related to a domestic assault in 2020. A search warrant executed at the Princeton home result in additional charges for Hall, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking methamphetamines, trafficking marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
