Kyle Richards has gotten over the heartache she felt when her first serious relationship after Mauricio Umansky ended, she revealed on Part 2 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 reunion.
Amid a discussion about Kyle’s post-separation dating life, host Andy Cohen asked about a speculative statement that Dorit Kemsley had previously made about her tendency to get back together with the unnamed person she was dating when she’s not filming.
“I’ve made that very clear that I’m single,” Kyle responded, denying the validity of Dorit’s comment from an earlier appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “That wasn’t a thing.”

When Andy asked a follow-up, “Do you still feel heartbroken?” Kyle simply answered, “No.”

To kick off the conversation, Andy remarked on how it must’ve been “unbelievably difficult to fall for someone” who didn’t want to be part of RHOBH. But Kyle countered that “a lot of people on this show” have off-camera relationships “that you don’t even know” about.
Still, the WWHL host pointed out that it seemed as though it would have gotten to a point where the person Kyle was dating wouldn’t want her “to do the show” anymore, to which she declared, “Um… Well, I’m sitting here.”
That’s when Andy asked directly if Kyle’s staying on RHOBH is what led to her breakup.

“No, it wasn’t that,” Kyle insisted. “There wasn’t an ultimatum or anything like that. And I didn’t say, ‘I’m choosing a television show over this person.’ It wasn’t like that.”
Kyle also fired back at criticism that she was hiding a major part of her personal life from viewers, adding, “I’ve given and shown so much of my life over these 15 years. And people will focus on that one little thing and say, ‘Oh she’s not sharing.’ I’ve shared so much of my life.”
After Andy clarified that he was “not disputing that,” she continued, “I mean, not everything is, you know, up for public consumption, as Lisa Vanderpump would say.”

Andy also brought up something Dorit told Sutton Stracke during Season 15 about how she “had been protecting Kyle for years.” Dorit, for her part, confirmed at the reunion that she had been referring to Kyle’s relationship, in that moment.
“In the many, many, many times that it was a big topic of conversation, and knowing things and having to lie… It’s not particularly nice,” Dorit explained.
When Andy asked Kyle if she appreciated how Dorit “held that” secret for her, Kyle answered, “Well, I always appreciate when my friends, you know… We have that confidence with each other and, you know, we can confide in each other.”
He further questioned if Kyle felt as though she was putting her castmates “in a position, because a lot of them knew” about her relationship. She told him, “Um… Well, yes, but I also felt like I, you know, when, like I said, when they’ve shared and I’ve known about people that they’ve dated or whatever, I do think you have to respect people who are not paid and sign up, you know, to be here.”
Finally, Dorit challenged Kyle to name the cast members “who don’t show who they’re dating,” but she declined. “I’ve had conversations with a number of people here that have talked to me about someone they’re seeing and they didn’t… want to bring them on,” Kyle claimed.
