The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Pinky Cole has confirmed that she is pregnant. She revealed that she and her husband, Derrick Hayes, will soon be parents again as she is expecting her fourth child.

Pinky shared the happy news during the RHOA Season 17 reunion. “It [her first season] felt good. I don’t ever want to hear the ‘B’ word again,” she said as seen in the video above. “The only ‘B’ word that I want to talk about is the fact that I’m having a baby.”
After sharing her news with the room, the RHOA ladies erupted into cheers to celebrate Pinky’s happy news. During her reunion conversation with host Andy Cohen, Pinky confirmed that she is due in December 2026. Pinky and Derrick married in 2023, and the couple are currently parents to three kids together: a daughter, D Ella, and two sons, Derrick Jr. and David Asher.

In an interview with Bravo Insider in March 2026, Pinky shed light on her marriage to Derrick. “So, I get to see myself in him, and he sees himself in me. And I’m happy that we get to do life together,” she noted at the time. “Is it always easy? Absolutely not. ‘Cause sometimes I be ready to knock him out, OK? But I also realize that when you say ‘I do,’ you say it for better or worse. And I’m excited to be able to show people on Real Housewives what real marriage looks like. It’s not always gonna be pretty. It’s not always gonna be fun. But what it will be is it’ll be real. And they’ll see that, and be able to navigate through their own marriages just by seeing our story.”

When speaking with Bravo Insider back in March, she also noted how she manages to find balance in her life as a wife, mom, and business owner. “How do I balance being an entrepreneur?” she said with a laugh. “What is balance? Okay? What is that, in the definition of the Webster dictionary? I don’t know what balance is. And that’s okay. Right, because nobody gave me a rule book on how to be a mom and an entrepreneur at the same time. But what I will tell you is that I do what it is that I love,” she said. “If I don’t love it, I’m not doing it. So I connect myself with the ecosystem of things that I take enjoyment in. And it never feels like work.”
It all comes down to the partnership she’s found with Derrick. “If I don’t love it, I’m not doing it. So I connect myself with the ecosystem of things I take enjoyment in.
