The sneak peek, which you can check out above, features the Season 11 cast — including Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch, Tia Glover, and newcomer Courtney Ajinça, as well as friends Robyn Dixon and Monique Samuels — and offers clues on everything viewers can expect when RHOP premieres on Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. ET.
What the RHOP Season 11 trailer teased
Karen Huger and Ray Huger’s marriage is in crisis after her prison release
After serving six months in prison on a DUI conviction, Karen is entering a new chapter in her life that may not include husband Ray Huger. In one moment, Ray declares that “non-sober Karen might’ve been more fun,” before the Grande Dame makes a shocking announcement to the group.
“I’m going to live separately from Ray,” Karen explains to the women, who, later, ask some jaw-dropping questions about her dating life.
Seeming to address her prison sentence, Karen says elsewhere, “I got street cred now,” adding to someone off camera, “I wouldn’t f–k with me.” In a confessional, she continues, “If it could happen to me, it could happen to anybody.”
Wendy Osefo navigates ongoing legal issues with Eddie Osefo
As one of the ladies notes in a voiceover from the sneak peek, Wendy knows she’s the one who’s now “facing jail time” amid her and husband Eddie Osefo’s ongoing legal issues.
During what appears to be a meeting with her legal team, a woman tells Wendy that, from the outside, it seems as though someone doesn’t “believe her.”
Separately, Wendy asks Eddie if he still loves her, as a family member, meanwhile, questions, “Maybe if he hadn’t married Wendy, this wouldn’t have happened to him.”

Gizelle Bryant clashes with Robyn Dixon and Karen Huger
As Robyn returns to RHOP, some unexpected friction arises between her and bestie Gizelle. “I’m not with the bulls–t,” Robyn informs Wendy, before a separate clip shows her telling the group, “Gizelle talked s–t on our podcast.”
In a confessional, Karen remarks, “Robyn is holding Gizelle accountable, and I personally like it.”
As it turns out, Karen has her own issues to hash out with Gizelle, too. The duo gets into a screaming match at a group event, during which Gizelle fumes, “Have you lost your f–king mind?!” While the dust settles, Karen declares, “You are dead to me!”

Tia Glover navigates issues in her marriage — and with Stacey Rusch
After Tia tearfully reveals that someone admitted to being on dating apps, in another clip, she’s on a double date with husband Rob Glover, Wendy, and Eddie. Wendy asks if there was “infidelity,” and Tia cryptically replies, “From what he says, no.”
Meanwhile, Tia is also embroiled in drama with Stacey, whose vow renewal with Thiemo Rusch is also documented on Season 11. Though the castmates appear to enjoy their time together during Stacey’s bachelorette party, later on, a heated argument erupts during a group dinner.
“You’re full of s–t,” Tia fumes, prompting Stacey to respond, “You asked me to tell you the truth.” Tia has the last word on the matter in the trailer, claiming, “You f–ked everybody’s husband.”
New Housewife Courtney Ajinça joins RHOP for Season 11
Onscreen graphics describe Season 11 newcomer Courtney as an NBA wife, minister, and prophetess. As Ashley puts it in a confessional, “She’s a little cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.”
While introducing herself, Courtney explains, “My husband is an assistant coach for the Washington Wizards.” Elsewhere, various other clips show the new RHOP ‘Wife practicing a sermon, as well as advising her social media followers to begin preserving their fruits and vegetables.
