David James was brought to his eternal home on March 3, 2023, after passing away at the UNM hospital. The unfortunate news of his death was announced by his family in an official obituary. His uncle also posted about it on social media.
Relatives and friends were deeply saddened to know that David James couldn’t make it after prayers were made for his quick recovery.

David James Marquez was involved in the horrific Railroad district accident that took place on Monday, February 27, 2023. He suffered an unexpected traumatic injury to his head in the crash. He had to be airlifted to UNM hospital for treatment.

The funeral services for David James Marquez will be conducted on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 7:30 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Las Vegas, the Funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 10 AM.
The burial will follow that at Mount Calvary Cemetry in Las Vegas. The following people will serve as casket bearers: Frankie Gonzales, Derek Gonzales, Juan Marquez, Daniel Valdez, Alex Jaureguiberry, and Joseph Rivera.
David James Marquez is survived by his parents David and Tamara Marquez, his sisters, Hailey, Madison, and Davae, and his grandparents and other relatives.
